来咯来咯！
第一次报告我开始服用SlendGlow 24天的进展!!
最近看到很多人的见证真的很羡慕🥰😍
可是一直没有勇气拍照，因为我只是区区掉了2kg
直到昨天心血来潮，量了一下我的腰围和臀围，再对比一下我的记录，吓我一跳!!!
腰小了10cm
臀小了4cm
手臂小了1.0cm
大腿小了2.5cm
迫不及待未等某人回家帮我拍，就请妈妈帮我拍了After的照片😆🥰
其实每月的这个时候，肚子都会比较大的
可是照片看起来还是比之前小了很多😊
虽然肚腩还在，可是现在
终于躺着肚子是可以平了😆😆
终于用力收紧肚子就可以让暂时肚腩消失😆😆
没肚腩的人是无法明白这小小成绩的喜悦的😆😆
可是我真的很开心。
这24天内，
体重 64.7kg ---> 62.7kg
体脂 33.9% ---> 32.6%
内脏脂肪 6.0% ---> 5.5%
骨骼肌 25.1% ---> 24.9%
身体年龄 47yo ---> 46yo
虽然不是很震撼的成绩，也不是很快就瘦下来，
可是我很开心，因为
❣我可以开心享用我喜欢的美食
❣整个过程中我没有饿过肚子
❣没有不适感，比如心跳很快，头痛等等
❣没有拉肚子
❣只是会感觉有口渴，会喝很多水
❣胃口有变小了一点，可是不浪费食物的我还是把全部吃完了😅 吃到很撑🤣
虽然还是比理想体重重了5kg，我相信通过这个 #Slendglow体重管理计划 我一定可以在未来的两个月内达到我的理想体重的💪💪

Reporting my results after #24days on SlendGlow Weight Management Programme 😊😊
I wasn't confident to capture my "After" photo because I do not think I have much progress.
I only lost +-2kg after starting this slendglow program for 3 weeks.
Until yesterday night, I thought maybe I can measure. GOSH!!! I found that I lost 10cm on my waist and 4cm on my hips!!!! Totally unbelievable!!!!
So I finally find my courage to capture the "After" photos. Can you see the differences? 😆
Obviously the 10cm I lost is almost 100% contributed by my big tummy!!😆
Although I do not lose weight drastically like when I was on other programmes/methods, but I'm very happy coz
-I can still enjoy my favourite foods,
-Never feel hungry throughout this programme
-No side effects, like fast heartbeat
-No tummy pain and loose stools/diarrhoea
-Only feel a bit more thirsty than usual
Here is the report:
Weight from 64.7kg ---> 62.7kg
Body fat from 33.9% ---> 32.6%

Skeletel muscle rate 25.1% ---> 24.9%
Body age 47yo ---> 46yo
My tummy is significantly smaller😍
I'm still 5kg above my ideal weight!! But I'm very confident I can achieve my ideal weight through this #90daysSlendGlowProgram!!
