感恩伙伴的分享 💛

那天切了avocado，为了方便就直接用刀去掉种子，结果一时手滑，整个刀尖直接刺入我的手指 😱。感恩手指没有断，只是伤口刺得太深。🩸

当时，我自然反应地马上开水喉冲洗，才发现原来不是普通割伤，刀刺得很深，已经看到整块肉被劈开了 😰。血流不停，血染红了好几张纸巾。在去医院前，我马上吃了4包 Shiruto，然后再换上新的一张纸巾。

去到医院紧急病房时，这张纸巾竟然没被完全染红，可见得 #Shiruto 也能帮到 #加速伤口止血。

因为伤太深，缝了三针。医生说需要两个星期才能修复。

在第四天，我自行换纱布时，发现伤口几乎已经开始愈合了。🥰

一个星期后复诊，医生说内层已经完全愈合，只剩下表皮，而且完全没有发炎，也不需要包扎了。

第十天，伤口表皮完全愈合了。就等预约时间到去拆线。

两个星期后，到医院去拆线，因为线头被埋进了新皮肤底下，医生挖出来去掉后，留下了两个洞。😫

还好我的宝贝大公主Olivia没有破相🙏😆

23/4/21 晚上因为想要还朋友留在我们家的scooter 给他，可能不熟悉不是自己的scooter, 扑了街，除了手脚，还用了她的脸😅
23/4 和24/4一天吃了2包，之后照旧每天一包 #Shiruto, 除了 #平衡免疫系统  之外，也想要快快让她的 #细胞修复.

Our daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis when she went for medical check-up for her National Service programme. 
The orthopaedic specialist advised her to take up yoga🧘‍♀️ or swimming🏊‍♀️ as her condition does not allow her to do intense excercise.

2月份是喜庆洋洋的新年，但是我就在新年前
